Cystic acne treatments tips and treat

have been diagnosed with hydradenitis suppurativa/epocrine acne/acne inversa.i am miserable .what will make it better does anyone know anything at all that might help?essential oils? herbal suppliments? anything ?please help?!

I have tried a herbal cream but there was no effect. I have some fatty structures all over the face.Is it due to heat or excess of sebum. I don’t eat curd in my diet. Please give a solution?

im 16 and i have oily skin with whiteheads and blackheads. i have tried proactiv, scrubs, masks, cleansers, home and herbal remedies pretty much everything. i eat healthy and drink a good bit of water everyday. i need to find something inexpensive that wont dry my skin out.

how do you get rid of acne or acne scars? i use dove soap herbal somthing like that to wash my face it gets rid of the pimples but it seems like its not working as much and i still have acne scars how do i remove them?
