Official.my is a set of free web based tools that allow you submit your site to more than 300 Search Engine without having to install any software on your Computer. It is not meant to be a complete web submission software package. It is meant to be an easy website to use without need to learn a complex software package.
What steps do I use to use submit?

make sure you enter your web url, email and captcha. Once you are ready click on submit, you will be submitted to another page. Wait until your web submission finish and you will receive email for confirmation shortly.
Why do i need to use my own email?
Some engines may require your email conformation for submission. Enter an alternate email and check your inbox after submission.
Why Won't They Index My Pages?
When I say that a page is in a search engine's index, it doesn't mean the search
engine has read and indexed the entire page. In many cases, the search engine
has never even read the page but knows where the page is based on links it has
seen in pages that it has read. And even if a search engine has read a page, it
may not have read the entire page.
Why sometimes my connection lost(Submission lost).
Depend on what type of connection you use. Every single search engine took around 3 to 12 seconds to be completed. For your information, my server located in Malaysia . I think people from US and Europe will have little (a little not alot :P) problem to complete their submission .
